Ottimate's mission is to make accounts payables and payments effortless for businesses. We are looking for a an Android Developer who is responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining applications for Android platform.
Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximise development efficiency.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Mobile App Development experience 5-8 years.
Proficient with React Native.
Proficient in Android development using Java and Kotlin
Good to have experience in hybrid frameworks such as Flutter and Ionic.
Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards.
Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines
Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git.
Experience with continuous integration.
