The Role
As a Revenue Operations Administrator,  based remotely out of Bangalore or Chennai, you will be integral in ensuring seamless coordination between sales, marketing, customer success, and other revenue-generating operations. While optimizing and maintaining our Salesforce platform is central, your responsibilities will expand to encompass the broader business systems ecosystem, including tools such as Outreach, Clay, Sales Navigator, 6Sense, and PandaDoc. You will manage and support these systems, ensuring they are fully integrated into our revenue operations processes, alongside Salesforce.
Your role will also involve process optimization, data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to support broader organizational goals related to revenue growth, operational efficiency, and process improvement. You will be responsible for documenting end-to-end business processes, ensuring alignment between teams, and driving initiatives that streamline operations, drive growth, and improve overall performance. As part of a fast-paced startup environment, you’ll need to be flexible, ready to wear many hats, and take on additional projects as they arise.

What You’ll Do
Revenue Operations Management:
Develop, optimize, and oversee revenue processes that enhance the flow of information across sales, marketing, and customer success teams, ensuring consistency and alignment with company objectives.
Act as the primary point of contact for revenue-related metrics, processes, and operational improvements.
Ensure smooth handoffs between sales, customer success, and finance to optimize customer lifecycle management and revenue retention.

Salesforce Administration:
Configure Salesforce to support sales processes, including lead management, opportunity tracking, and pipeline reporting.
Customize Salesforce by creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
Manage user permissions, roles, profiles, and security settings in Salesforce.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users, resolving issues in a timely manner.

Data & Analytics:
Manage and maintain revenue-related data, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all platforms.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics in Salesforce and other relevant systems to provide insights into sales performance, revenue growth, and key business metrics.
Leverage data analytics to identify trends, forecast revenue, and suggest strategic improvements.
Process Improvement & Optimization:
Identify, document, and optimize revenue processes to improve efficiency and scalability across sales, marketing, and customer service operations.
Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, automate processes, and ensure data consistency across systems.
Implement best practices for lead management, opportunity tracking, and customer lifecycle processes.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on revenue-related initiatives and strategic objectives.
Collaborate on revenue enablement strategies and support the development of sales processes and playbooks.

System & Tool Management:
Integrate Salesforce with other business systems (e.g., marketing automation, customer service platforms) to ensure seamless workflow and data synchronization.
Administer and optimize tools used by revenue teams, ensuring all systems (e.g., marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms) are fully functional and integrated to support efficient operations.

Training & Enablement:
Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to Salesforce and other system users to maximize adoption and utilization of the platform.
Support sales and revenue teams with ad hoc operational projects and serve as a trusted resource for business process improvements.

What You’ll Need
3+ years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator or Revenue Operations role, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and revenue operations concepts.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive strategic decisions and process improvements.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of interacting with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Experience with process optimization, data management, and system integrations.
Proven experience managing and enabling tools and platforms used by revenue teams, including troubleshooting, configuration, and ensuring seamless integration between systems.
A proactive, flexible attitude with a willingness to wear many hats and take on additional projects as needed in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Based around Bangalore or Chennai with the ability to work US business hours (ideally EST or CST).
